Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Mike change text of 5.2.16 to require basis documentation
  - TBD

- Mike post 1.1y version of IQ specification, with latest edits
  - Done

- David produce response to JEITA
  - 26% done

New items:

- Mike: February summit planning:
  - This can wait until early Jan
  - We will probably have a 15 minute review

- David: 5.2.16 should have changed to level 2
  - Mike will fix this

AR: Mike change 5.2.16 to level 2

- 5.2.18. {OPTIONAL} [Receiver Thresholds] Vth, Vth_min and Vth_max complete
  - David: motion to table and ask IBIS open forum
  - Moshiul: [R T] Vinl/Vinh overrides both [Model Spec] and [Model]
  - Bob: We need to research this more
    - BIRD for [R T] gives background information
    - Ext_ref
    - Randy Wolff may be able to help us out
  - David: SiSoft and Micron joined us at one time to discuss this.
    - Micron datsheet describes "A case" and "B case" for slew rate.
  - Bob: IBIS does not have derating tables, but SiSoft has it

- We deleted 2 instances of:
  - "NOTE: text from David Banas for both 5.2.21 & 5.2.23"
  - Text added offers advice on converting absolute voltages from datasheet
    - to offsets from Vth.

AR: Moshiul ask Randy Wolff to join next IQ meeting
AR: Mike look into ibischk checks for [Receiver Thresholds]
AR: Mike send minutes from prior meeting on Receiver Thresholds]

- Bob: We could merge pairs of checks
